An adjustable and collapsible aluminum frame support system for capturing Particle Image Velocimetry (PIV) of living organisms in aquatic environments. The frame support system is made to sit on a sandy bottom in shallow waters accessible to divers using standard SCUBA equipment. The System supports a camera enclosure provided by customer. A laser enclosure is included which will house a laser provided by the customer.
